Defending the Union: Free Civil War Program Series

Heritage Village Museum is hosting the last of its Free Civil War Program Series with “Defending the Union: Lew Wallace.” Historian Ray E. Boomhower from the Indiana Historical Society will lead the lecture. He will be discussing the career of citizen soldier Lew Wallace. Wallace rose and fell from promience only to rise again when he other Union soldiers defending Cincinnati from an attack by the Confederates. The program will be on September 12th at 7:00 pm.
